conflict between woodmart and woocomerce membership plugin

i have a woocommerce membership plugin and i use profile field to be shown in the product page that the users will add there data when they purchase membership but the field not working and not show or save when i use it with woodmart theme but with the default theme it work fine i don’t know where to go

i noticed that it work fine in the previous version can you give version 5.2

sorry for that but i found the version i want to test and the same problem exist

I use woocommerce membership plugin

I use profile field (see screenshoot) that add some fields in product page that related to membership so he must provide before buy membership( screenshoot for product page)
So when i write the fields and add to cart the fields not show in the cart and not saved in membership or in myaccount profile tab
But if i disable woodmart theme and use twinty and repeat the process the fields show in the cart normaly
I add stageing with user and password in private content so you can test it as you like

Try to disable “AJAX add to cart” option in Theme Settings -> Product page.

yes it did fix the problem but if i want it to work with ajax is there will be any feature update that fix it

Sorry, but our custom AJAX function doesn’t work with any custom fields added by third party plugins.
