catala.cParticipantHello,
I’m encountering a critical issue with my WordPress installation when using Woodmart Core alongside Elementor Free. Despite reinstalling both the theme and the Core plugin, the problem persists. Here are the details:
1. Issue Details:
Error Description:
When Woodmart Core and Elementor Free are both activated, my site returns an error 500 (HTTP ERROR 500).
The issue only arises when these two plugins are active simultaneously.Steps Taken to Resolve:
I reinstalled the Woodmart theme and the Woodmart Core plugin following the documentation.
I deactivated all other plugins to check for conflicts.
I tested the issue on a fresh WordPress installation (with no custom settings or other plugins).2. Errors Found in Logs: In the error_log, the following error appears:
[19-Nov-2024 18:41:06 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in /home/hosting158213eu/public_html/wiccanadelsur.es/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/base/widget-base.php on line 628
This indicates that Elementor is exhausting the memory, but the issue only occurs when Woodmart Core is also active.
3. My Setup Details:
WordPress version: 6.7
Woodmart version: Versión: 8.0.0
Woodmart Core version: Versión 1.1.0
Elementor Free version: Versión 3.25.8
PHP version: 8.0.
PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
max_execution_time: 600M
upload_max_filesize: 256MAre there any known issues between the latest version of Woodmart Core and Elementor Free?
Are there specific configurations I should adjust to avoid this conflict?
Could you review whether the Core plugin is causing a resource overload?Need Help!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Currently, we can’t see your website and get the following error https://gyazo.com/fd36d728b975e6150a507b35f12ff028
As for the memory issue, we need access to your website’s PHP error logs and FTP to troubleshoot what is wrong. Also, please temporarily turn off all non-theme-related plugins.
Kind Regards

catala.cParticipantFor security reasons, I believe my hosting has blocked untrusted IPs. Could you please provide the IP address to UNBLOCK so you can access it, or let me know what I need to do to grant you access?
