Conflict between WoodMart & plug-in Verified Reviews

Hello,

We have installed the plug-in Verified Reviews to our website solution-urologie.fr and the page layout didn’t turn out as we expect. (Please check the photos in the attachement files).

We would like to have a horizontal widget for the site on the desktop version but before the footer.
And then only a vertical widget for the site on the mobile version (in the middle of the page/screen if possible).

In the notice which help us install the plug-in Verified Reviews, they talked about “Hooks” to check if there is a conflict with the construction of the template.
But i can’t find where is the problem…

When you add a new message to the thread it goes to the top and we process the correspondence from the oldest to the newest.

We have not tested this plugin nor declared it is compatible with our theme. Please check the issue on any other default free theme, does the problem appear on WoodMart only?

We have use it on other website and there is no problem like this.

For desktop version : the plug-in widget appears in the bottom right of the page, just before the footer.
For mobile version : it appears the middle of the page, on the right of the screen.

You can now go to our website on your computer and find the widget at the bottom of the page, after the footer.
It’s weird…
