lost.hinataParticipantDear WoodMart Support Team,
I am experiencing a potential conflict between your WoodMart theme and the “Cart Abandonment Recovery” plugin by CartFlows on my WordPress/WooCommerce website.
I have configured the CartFlows plugin with a scenario to automatically send an email 30 minutes after a cart is abandoned.
The issue I am facing is that when I click the “Send test email” button within the CartFlows plugin interface for my first scenario, the loading icon spins indefinitely, and no test email is sent.
My general WooCommerce emails (invoices, customer notifications, etc.) are working correctly, as I am using WP Mail SMTP configured with Brevo (Sendinblue).
I found a discussion on your support forum (https://www.8theme.com/topic/cart-flows-abandoned-cart-does-not-work/) where another user seemed to have a similar issue. It was suggested to ensure the woocommerce_after_checkout_form hook is correctly implemented in the checkout layout.
Could you please advise if there are any known conflicts between WoodMart and the CartFlows Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin? Specifically, I would like to know if there are any specific configurations or steps I need to take within the WoodMart theme to ensure the CartFlows plugin can correctly track abandoned carts and send emails (even the test emails).
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Sincerely,
Cédric

Artem TemosKeymasterHello Cédric,
Thank you for reaching out to the WoodMart support team with your issue.
To determine if the issue is related specifically to the WoodMart theme, I recommend temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, and testing the “Send test email” functionality within the CartFlows plugin again. This will help us verify if the problem is indeed a theme conflict.
Regarding the link you provided, please note that it is not from our support forum. For accurate and relevant solutions, it’s best to refer to our official support resources.
If the issue persists even with a default theme, it could potentially indicate a plugin-specific issue rather than a theme conflict. In this case, reaching out to the CartFlows support team might also be beneficial.
If further investigation is required specific to the WoodMart theme, please confirm whether the
woocommerce_after_checkout_form
hook is properly integrated into your checkout layout. Additionally, for a more tailored troubleshooting process, if you’d like us to examine your website settings or configurations, please share the URL or any necessary credentials via the Private content field. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue for you.
Regards
