Conflict with Dokan theme

Hi, in the Vendor Dashboard -> Settings -> Verification -> Address Verification there is a lot of space before the “Start Verification” button. We checked and there is “hidden” text in that area that says ” Your address verification request is”. I guess this should not show up at all (instead of it in white text) if vendor has not started address verification. See screenshots. https://prnt.sc/tp0jcl https://prnt.sc/tp0jil
We contacted Dokan team and they mentioned that this is a conflict with our theme. Indeed we did not have issues with our previous theme. Is this a known issue? Please let us know how to resolve. Thank you.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area and give the step by step rout and instruction how to get there.
