Conflict with Elementor PRO

We contact you because we have encountered a conflict problem on our site, between Elementor Pro and your theme.

We contacted the support of Elementor, who replied that the conflictuality problem derives from the latest update of the installed theme.

We would be very grateful if you help us to solve this problem, because we can no longer modify some pages of our site, including the “home page”.

We don’t have any more details, only that we have tried everything, and also with the elementor support team and could not solve the following problem:

We are unable to modify the home page via elementor.

We thought the problem was elementor, so we contacted them first, but after giving them access to our site, they found that the problem stems from a compatibility between the theme and Elementor Pro.

Could you please disable all external plugins also and test how it works?

Sorry for the question: have you arleady worked on it and you are asking us to try again and check if everything is ok or do you need us to disable all external plug in order to work on it?

We have noticed some JS errors generated by some plugins and that is why we ask you to test how it works without plugins.
