conflict with Jetwoobuilder

Hello,
once I activate Elementor as a page builder in Theme Settings – general.

all jetwoobuilder Cart and Chechout Elements in Elementor are not displayed.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

I disabled the plugins and sent you FTP credential.

if you cannot access through FTP, then you can use File manager plugin , it’s already installed just activate it.

We have tried to switch between builders in Theme Settings but never saw those elements. What steps should we perform to see them in Elementor’s list?
