Conflict with plugin “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce”

Hello,

I want to display Woocommerce product reviews within each product sheet using the “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin.

Apparently, the plugin works with the basic WordPress theme but does not work with Woodmart.

Can I get some help?

Below are 2 screenshots:

One represents the “Reviews” part that does not retrieve data when the Woodmart theme is activated.
The second represents the same thing but with the WordPress Twenty Twenty Five theme, we can see that the reviews are correctly displayed.

You are comparing different reviews with WoodMart and default theme. If you check reviews from the plugin on the default theme you will see the same reviews https://monosnap.com/file/AhVg3nS5Gt0afAdxwHPQwdjXqoGWB4
You need to contact plugin’s developers for help on this matter.

Where did you go to add this review and the custom tab? I can’t see where in back-end.

We used this plugin’s shortcode [cusrev_all_reviews sort="DESC" sort_by="date" per_page="10" show_summary_bar="true" show_media="true" show_products="true" categories="" product_tags="" tags="" products="current" product_reviews="true" shop_reviews="true" inactive_products="false" show_replies="false" show_more="5" min_chars="0" avatars="initials" users="all" add_review="false"]

You can add it to the product description field and see how it works with the default theme.

Yes that’s exactly the problem.

The plugin works correctly and displays reviews when the default theme is activated and does not work with Woodmart.

Have you managed to get the reviews to display with the Woodmart theme?
