Conflict with WPML String Translation

    Hi there,
    I found that Woodmart theme has a conflict with WPML String Translation Plugin.

    When adding 4 variations (from 1 to 3 variations or above) all works, but exactly 4 product variations and the product page returns a blank page.

    I disable all plugins and found that the plugin that result to trigger the problem is the WPML String Translation.
    Problem is that when switching Themes -> any other Theme except Woodmart, the problem disappear.

    I attach some screenshots from our staging site with Woodmart Installed and after switching to Astra.

    Hi Hung,

    Please check on the private content access to the WP-Admin.

    I did some tests on our staging site and see that downgrading the Plugin (WPML String Translation) to 3.2.18 the problem disappear but need to downgrade all the rest of Plugins.
    With the current version, if product variations are lower or higher than 4, also works but not with exactly 4 variatins. Kind of weird.

    Hi Hung,

    Do you have any update about the conflict??

    I have been doing tests and I found that the conflict only happen if the custom Page Layout is activated. If I disable the Page Layout, all works fine, no matter the plugin/theme versions.

    So it’s the Page Layout that triggers the conflict with the WPML String Translation when the quantity of product variations is equal to 4.

    Please let me know something as the custome Page Layout is affecting all products so we cannot disable it.

    Thanks for details.

    There are few things: You are custom Single Product layout, when I removed Product add to cart widget and it worked again. So, please make sure you translated Products (variations, …) into other languages. You can refer to this article https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

    I highly recommend you to take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hi Huong,

    Sorry but I don’t get your answer.
    All products attributes, variations and everything else is translated correctly.
    The problem is not about WPML plugin or translations! As I said on my earlier message, If I stop (disable) the Custom Page Layout (this is part of Woodmart Theme), all workd perfect! I can see all variations and it works perfectly in all languages. So it’s not related to WPML plugin but the Page Layout Builder (custom layout).

    So question is:
    If the problem is a conflict with the Woodmart Page Layout Builder (done with Elementor) – who should check about this conflict/issue? Is Xtemos (woodmart theme) or is Elementor?

    Sorry but we don’t grant accesss to the FTP. I can enable Debug Mode – please confirm that is the below action you want to do.
    About plugins, no problem, as the WP-Admin access I granted you access is our staging site.

    Access your website files and edit the “wp-config.php” file on the root folder of our WordPress installation and add the code below into the file:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true );

    ** Add the code above the line below:
    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
