Hello Woodmart team!
After updating their theme in our online store, we cannot export orders and order status to our connector (Sharespine). Orders are sent to our ERP system through the Sharespine Plugboard (own plugin and API).
We updated the theme last week and now the integration doesn’t work anymore. I have tried disabling all plugins, unfortunately without success. The hosting provider has looked into the matter and confirms that the IP addresses are whitelisted as necessary. Sharespine writes the following:
We get connect timeout from hemklimat.se and unfortunately can’t see from here why that is.
