    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hello,

    Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem.

    Your screen is not clear as it is not in English, however, if it is a connection error contact your host provider support.

    But it doesn’t work now. You sent a screenshot that shows that your website is down. But it can’t be caused by our theme. That is why we asked you to check with other themes.
