Consistent Issue with Images Disappearing in Hero Section and footer.

Dear Xtemos Support Team,

I’m writing to report a persistent issue with the Woodmart theme, where images in the hero section and photo sections of my website randomly disappear after a page reload. This issue has been consistent since I started using the theme.

When the images disappear, the placeholder box remains, indicating that the image is missing. However, upon checking the backend, the images are still uploaded and selected as the hero section/image. To resolve the issue temporarily, I have to re-select the image and re-publish the page.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a permanent solution to this issue, as it’s affecting the overall user experience of my website.

Please let me know if there’s any additional information you need from me to troubleshoot this issue.

Maybe there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
