Contact form 7 – Form settings problem

Hello!
I am trying to set up a contact form in the Woodmart theme.
But all the instructions that are there, for me personally, were not clear.
When filling out the form, the email does not receive the information that was filled in this form.
Can you help me set up this form so that exactly the data that is specified in the form fields comes to the mail?
