I’d like to use this contact form pop up that is part of a template that comes with the theme. It is from the Woodmart Templates Library labeled “Subscription + contact form pop up”
I can see this label associated with the form “[contact-form-7 id="1738" title="Contact form alternative"]” but do not know where to find it to use as a common element throughout the site. For example, when a visitor selects on the Contact Us button on my homepage, it takes them to a contact form that I created using WP Forms. I’d like to use this pop up and just keep things consistent. Help! 🙂

You can try adding the shortcode of the WP-Forms in the place of the ” [contact-form-7 id="1738" title="Contact form alternative"] “.
Then clear cache and check back.
