    Hi,
    I do work with WP in French.
    Far to be an expert, though, looks like that you created specific contact forms … where you added your own wordings … in English.
    Anyway, question is what is the quickest way to translate all wordings in my language?

    Create a new contact form and it will be in the language of your site.

    That is the way Contact Form works our theme does not influence the plugin.
