joanthan0077ParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
We are experiencing an issue with the Contact Us form on our website.
When we complete the form and click “ASK A QUESTION,” the following error message appears:
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
Could you please investigate why the form cannot send messages and advise how we should configure the website email settings?
Our domain is chargeoem.com. Do we need to create a domain email address such as sales@chargeoem.com and use it as the sender or recipient email address?
If SMTP configuration is required, could you please advise which settings or plugin you recommend for this WoodMart and WordPress website?
The website URL and temporary WordPress login details are provided in the private section below.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Jonathan

Thank you for contacting WoodMart Support. We’ll be happy to assist you with your request.
Before we continue, we have one quick question for you:
Where did you first hear about WoodMart?
We really appreciate your help with this. It takes just one click, but your answer is extremely valuable to us and helps us understand how customers discover WoodMart:
https://tally.so/r/rj8qWlNow, let’s get back to your request. This issue is not related to the WoodMart theme. The error is generated by the contact form plugin/mail configuration.
Please read the following article for further help:

joanthan0077ParticipantHello Creative Team,
Thank you very much for your previous help and support.
We are currently experiencing a layout issue when editing the mobile version of the Products page.
On mobile devices, the product images and their corresponding “Know More” buttons are not arranged correctly. We would like each product image to be followed immediately by its corresponding button.
Could you please advise how we can adjust the layout, element order, spacing, and positioning specifically for the mobile version without affecting the desktop and tablet layouts?
Is there a responsive setting in WoodMart or Elementor that allows us to change only the mobile layout? If possible, please also let us know where we can find the relevant settings.
I have attached a screenshot showing the current mobile layout issue.
Thank you again for your assistance.
Best regards,
Jonathan Yu

This happens because all images are in one column and all buttons are in another. On mobile, Elementor stacks the first column entirely before the second.
To fix this, put each image and its matching “Know More” button together inside their own Inner Container.
Set Desktop Layout: Select the main parent container, go to Layout, and set Direction to Row (Horizontal).
Set Mobile Layout: Switch Elementor to Mobile View, select the main parent container, and change Direction to Column (Vertical).
Best Regards
