Contact form Need help

Hi,i edited the contact form to a bit but I don’t know why it keeps on showing additional block at the top of the ” your name” please help,it does the same thing with my other form

Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

.wpcf7 .hidden-fields-container {
    display: none !important;
}
