LiamTGCSParticipantHi team, I am not sure if this issue is related to the theme, or if it requires custom CSS.
However, it appears there is a bit too much padding on mobile view.
I will provide some screenshots for reference.
In mobile view, there is too much padding left/right, it doesn’t utilize the devices full width, causing products to look crammed in mobile view.
I tried to edit the products archive via Elementor, and noticed the [XTemos] Layout > Container Stretch.
It seems like this fixes the mobile view, however, it seems to apply accross all views (Mobile, Tablet and Desktop).
When I apply a container stretch, it seems to ruin the desktop view. So this isn’t going to work.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Elementor -> Site settings -> Layout -> set 0 value for each device of “Container Padding” – https://take.ms/AoEaU
Clear the cache and check how ti works.

LiamTGCSParticipantHi Luke, I’m having issues with the product carousel, here is what it looks like in Elementor:
https://s1.uhost.me/24/08/1de19b3f-15d1-4677-95b7-c44263c6d118/2TEf89.png
However, here’s what it looks like on the Cart page:
https://s1.uhost.me/24/08/6d57e828-da39-4213-a31e-888247747bd4/JFpvyQ.png
You can see that the cart buttons aren’t aligned properly.
I can confirm that “Even product grid” is ticked in ELementor under Style > Products design > Even product grid
If you need admin login, the details are still the same.
I’m not sure what’s going on… It’s very frustrating when there’s so many variables between Elementor and WoodMart theme settings. It feels like there’s no consistencies.
If I set the “Products hover” under Style > Products design, to inherit from theme settings… where is this located exactly?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Enable the “Auto height” option here – https://take.ms/C087U, clear the cache and check how it works.
2. The styles in Theme Settings can be changed here – https://take.ms/JFA5c

LiamTGCSParticipantHi Luke, same issue, doesn’t appear to have fixed anything, even after setting “Auto Height”.
The buttons still appear unaligned; https://s1.uhost.me/24/08/00e116ed-2ac0-44f4-8257-9f2a59ded37a/jO0F2F.png

LiamTGCSParticipantAlso, Luke, aside from that issue with the Auto Height, is there a way to make the search URL’s more pretty?
https://wemart.com.au/?s=icarsoft&post_type=product&product_cat=0
Perhaps something like: https://wemart.com.au/?s=icarsoft/product/0

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
2. Check the below article for help:

LiamTGCSParticipantHi there,
If it doesn’t effect my website, you can activate/deactivate plugins.
Preferably, if you could put the store in maintenance mode, while you do the works, that’d be lovely.
Via: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=site-visibility
With regards to #2, this isn’t correct. Please re-read my message.
I’m talking about the search queries. The permalinks have nothing to do with search.
I believe it’s more of a theme-related issue?August 9, 2024 at 4:53 pm #589338
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. We have fixed that issue on your side. In general, it will be fixed in the next update.
2. The thing is that our search functionality comes from WordPress so please check how it works with the default Storefront theme to understand is that our theme issue or not.
Kind Regards
