Content full width problem

Hello again developer, I am facing a new problem. The problem is that I am working with content full width at the site width of the general layout of the theme setting, so when I am working with content full width, I am facing this problem. This is how the site looks on the big monitor and the small monitor site looks like this. How can I solve this problem?

Unfortunately, the following layout can’t be done via Elementor builder since it require column width in “px” value, but Elementor column width can be set only in percent “%”.
