Content is not displayed in the prefooter area after adding a shortcode.

In the theme settings in the “Footer” section I added the shortcode [html_block id = "2809"] in the “PREFOOTER AREA” field.
Clicked on the “Save Options” button.
Updated the main page of the site, but the content in the prefooter area is not displayed.

It seems that the prefooter is disabled from the edit page.

Please edit the homepage and make sure that you haven’t disabled the prefooter.

Then clear cache and check back.
