mj.nazariParticipantHello
I have 2 sub-folders on my host (for two different language of my website), I’ve completed designing on of theme so I could export/import it on the other one, but right now I copy the classic mode code of page builder on the other theme it won’t show anything, also when I manually rebuild the blocks it doesn’t work either.
Do I need to reinstall my wordpress and theme?August 5, 2018 at 8:00 am #71195

mj.nazariParticipantsorry if my English is bad 🙂
I’ve installed wordpress and theme on another folder on my host. I’ve exported the setting data and imported it on the new one. for pages I put the WP builder on Classic mode and copied the codes so I can paste it on the other one. After pasting the codes in classic mode I changed it to Backend mode, all the blocks that I’ve made are showing correctly but when I publish or preview the page, there’s no content and the page is blank.
This was the method I’ve used for copying my website.
I thought maybe codes are the problem so I rebuild the page manually by WP Page builder in the backend mode. The result was the same after publishing. If you check the (noorafarineyeclinic.com/fa) page list there is only one page and it has some blocks but when you view the page it’s empty.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have tested the site with a default theme and see the same problem http://prntscr.com/kf004m It means that the issue is not caused by our theme. I suppose the matter is two installations in one folder. Check with the host if it supports the same. In any case, you need to settle the issue with WP installation.
And a piece of advice: consider All in one wp migration plugin for site transfer, you will not need copy-paste pages shortcodes, you will transfer your site in two-three clicks without any problems correctly.
Best Regards
