Control padding Distance

Hi

how do I control the padding between elements. I want to have less ditance between the objects. See Image attached (blue rectangle)

I tried a lot but did not find where to change it.

Also, check Design option tab in row and columns if you need to add or remove padding / margins

There is no possibility to put negative padding. Please set zero in rows and columns paddings and margins.

Please remove this 4vh from the main row https://prnt.sc/j78n9x

Enter each row both main and inner as well as columns, switch to Design options and put zero in all the paddings and margins.
