Cookie law info banner closing

Hello,

is there any way to automatically accept or hide (after for example 15 seconds) the cookie law info banner?
i have seen that most of my users do not click on the accept button and they keep navigating with that banner on the bottom of the screen, and mobile users can not even see the bottom nav bar.

Another question, is it possible to add a X or REJECT button to close that banner? I think if they would see a X or close button they would close it.
