Hello, I am having problems with the mobile version. It does not load the slide show or the menu button. It gives me an error that CORE is not activated, but it is. Appears and disappears from my plugin list … The template does not work well for me in the mobile version.
Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.
