Woodmart Theme upload problem

I can not upload theme on my wordpress site. My wordpress is up to date and I have downloaded theme woodmart pro updated version.
Its show me serveral time several messages like:
1. Could not copy file. woodmart/inc/dummy-content/track-order/content.xml
2. Could not copy file. woodmart/inc/dummy-content/track-order/header-2.json
please give me solution

Most probably, you don’t have appropriate permissions for your themes folder. Contact your hosting provider for help in this situation or upload the theme via your hosting control panel.
