countdown Customizing

How can I change the countdown style?

I want to just simple only text.
and
show product grid on the all pages.

I mean, I want it to look like the picture below. (countdown sale, product detail page, product list grid)
Should I edit the function.php or the stylesheet?

I just want to simply show the text. Like this – “6 Day Left “
