Unfortunately, it is not possible to show countdown timer on variable products because WooCommerce requires all product variations to have separate prices and sale schedule accordingly. You can try to put the countdown timer to the short description and set the date manually.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. The only one way is to add the countdown element somewhere in the description.
