Countdown timer not working properly

Hi,
I have followed the instructions on this page https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-sale-countdown/, but countdown timer still not working properly.
I have it on from the settings, have the Countdown Timer element included in single product page layout, scheduled sale price for a product, but it still shows the same timer (60 days ..) on every product page (not even on the ones that has sale price). Even on the sale product page.
What am I doing wrong?

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
