Counter dosent Work

I’ve enabled the counter in the theme settings for the single page. I have a price and a bid price. I’ve set the date. The counter is displayed on the page, but it’s always set to 00:00:00.
I have already deactivated the cache program and plugins

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so I will further check on yours site and give you a possible solution.

I had deactivated everything except Woo then only Woodmart core activated the same the counter does not work

Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to Theme Settings > Performance > JS > Countdown Library and option is set to “Upon request“. In your case, it was set to “Never load“, which is why the countdown wasn’t working. Check back your site and check the issue.
