Country and language in top menu

I am not able to remove the language and country function from my top bar.
Please advice how that may be done.

This is a multilingual plugin, please check this URL: https://wpml.org/ WoodMart theme supports WPML fully, but does not include the plugin.

This information seems to be wrong. I did never install WPML. This function came with the demo I installed.
Please see the attachment.
As described in the link you sent, I should manage the WPML function in my WordPress dashboard. I cannot do that.
I don’t have the WPML plugin installed on my website (see attachment). Thats why I am not able to remove the function also.
So please help me do that. It came with the Theme. Not by me.
