Coupon Code field is missing from Checkout

I have created a custom checkout page, however I cannot get the Coupon Field to show. It does show in the cart page but not the checkout.
Is there a way to do this ?
Edit: when refreshing the page it appears at the top, but then disappears.

While creating a checkout page you need to create two layouts: A checkout form that will contain all checkout fields and buttons, and Checkout top content needed for login and coupons forms. All other extra information can be put to any of these parts.

I see, so it is part of the login area ?
Cancel, that – the coupon dialog still disappears when the pages loads. I’ve also tried adding spacers in case it was hiding behind a title or something. Any other ideas ?
The login area also flashes up and then disappears……

Sorry for the delay.
While deactivating plugins, it redirected to the wp-login page – https://snipboard.io/dtXcrn.jpg and the temporary access stopped working.
Please clarify which login and password you have.

Most of the plugins have been disabled so I assume to had access? Please let me know when we can put the site back up
You had disabled the plugin that allowed you access! It should work again now.
