I am having trouble configuring coupons on my e-commerce platform. I have three coupons set up:

    1. 10% off on purchases over $50.

    2. 20% off on purchases over $150.

    3. 25% off on purchases over $300.

When the cart value increases to $400, all three coupons appear in the cart at the same time, although two of them are not active, but are displayed in the cart, which is not the expected behavior. Also, when I adjust the number of products in the cart to reach $150, the 20% discount is automatically applied, but the old 10% discount coupon still appears even though it is no longer active.

I have contacted the plugin support team and they suggested contacting you as you may have a better solution. Thanks for your help!

    Hello Grelo Zhang,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Regards

    Hello Grelo Zhang,

    Thanks for your patience.

Please try to disable the cart layout and check it again. If the problem disappears, it means that there are not enough hooks in this layout.

I can’t find the right hook. I have tested the cart-related hooks.

    Hello Grelo Zhang,

You are using extra coupon plugin so I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Hello Grelo Zhang,

    Thanks for details.

Unfortunately, customization is out of our basic support. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support

Thanks for understanding our limitations. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Kind Regards,

The issue can be replicated using the default WooCommerce coupon without the Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce plugins being enabled or activated. This indicates a compatibility problem between their theme and basic WooCommerce features. As a theme marketed for WooCommerce stores, this matter should fall within their support scope.
