XTRaaaahulParticipantI am writing to report several issues I’ve encountered while using the WoodMart theme on my website. These issues are affecting the functionality and user experience, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving them.
Coupon Section Position:
The coupon section on the view cart page has been moved to the top, disrupting the layout and user experience. I believe this change may confuse customers, as they expect to find the coupon section closer to the cart summary. It would be beneficial if this could be adjusted to its previous position or modified to enhance visibility and functionality.“Proceed to Checkout” Text Issue:
The “Proceed to Checkout” button has been replaced with a plain text link. This change not only diminishes the visual prominence of the button but also appears very small. As a result, it becomes challenging for users to locate and engage with the checkout process, potentially impacting conversions and usability. It would be greatly appreciated if the button design could be reinstated to ensure better user interaction.Server Error 500 While Editing:
I frequently encounter a Server Error 500 message while attempting to edit pages and content. This issue disrupts my workflow and hinders my ability to make timely updates to the website. It seems to be an intermittent problem that affects the overall performance and accessibility of the theme.I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience for my customers. Please let me know if additional information or access to my site is needed for troubleshooting and resolution.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to your prompt response and solutions.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

XTRaaaahulParticipantHello,
Thank you for your suggestion. I have already deactivated all third-party plugins and activated only the theme-required plugins, but the issue still persists. The problems with the coupon section, the “Proceed to Checkout” button, and the recurring server error 500 continue to occur.
Could you please take a closer look at the issue? I’m happy to provide the WP admin login details .
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your issue has been solved. Please check the site cart and checkout page now after removing the browser cache.
2. I did not see the page save error after making changes to the page in the Elementor editor. May be there was the internet connection issue at that time.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This issue is from the server not from the theme or plugins. Please ask the hosting provider about this issue. They will check and give you the solution to this.
You can read all the details about this error here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/a-500-internal-server-error/Also, please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme to see whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Best Regards.
