Crear DNI y RUC en “Gestor de campos de pago”

I have activated “Payment Field Manager” and it is perfect, before I depended on an additional plugin to reorder and deactivate some fields that I do not use, but I do need to create a couple of fields (DNI, RUC). Do you have a snippet that allows me to create these fields?
