Create a category page

Hello, how can i create other pages that have the categories menu inserted in the header ?
the main shop page has the categories inserted, but when i create other pages i do not know how to make the categories to be inserted.
Also i want the page to show the specific category, let’s say flowers, from the shop.

You can show categories by means of Category element in the Header builder, this menu would be shown on all the pages.
