Create loop page and single page as in the examples

Good morning, can you tell me how I can create a loop page similar to this one which will contain courses, I was thinking of portfolio elements, or can you advise me?

If you are referring to Portfolios, so there are 2 ways to do that:

+ For normal page, you can use Portfolio widget https://ibb.co/G75XVDM

+ In case you want to set page as Portfolio Archive page then go to Theme Settings > Portfolio and select page and you can change Single portfolio layout via Theme Settings > Portfolio > Single project https://ibb.co/VLmW4Km
