Create Main Menu using Left Menu

During the production using the theme, [Brand] and [PRODUCT SPECIALTIES] were created on the left menu as the image below.
Ask if there is a way to put this menu in the top main menu.

1. Navigate to Products > Attribures > Edit > Enable archives? it will make all your attribute items pages viewable https://prnt.sc/oyiit9
2. Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Select menu > and using the custom link as a sub-menu item add your brands into menu https://prnt.sc/oyijv8
