Create more variation in a woocommerce product cause an error

I create a product with 25 variation and then I publish that product. The Product page doesnt work. It show me nothing. But in the shop page, the product thumblain is showing. Again I click the product but It cause error again. Please help me. I addded the screen shots.

I have changed the theme, and the problem still goes. Is it about woocommerce plugin? How can I fix it?
It may be some plugin conflict or the problem with the WooCommerce itself. You need to refer to plugin’s documentation or contact their support for help.
