Create notification

Could you please give me some tips on how to create a notification(I don’t know how to call it) as shown in the image, using woodmart?

The content displayed should vary depending on the product category in which is displayed. And to appear on 1 minute after the entry on the site.

Our theme does not have the option. Our theme provides the option to show a popup to all regardless of the category. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo Popup
