Create page with sidebar to link to multiple help articles on same page

I would like to create help page that allows users to filter through each article on sidebar and answer appears in page section. Tried to do it through a blog page with sidebar but it didn’t work properly, unless I didn’t do it right. I’m not sure if I’m explaining well enough. Each article title is on sidebar and once clicked, article shows in main area. Would also have option for customers to submit a “request ticket” if there are any suggestions for that as well.

Unfortunately, there is no such option by default. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
