It seems you are using a custom layout created with the WoodMart WooCommerce Builder. To configure the widgets.

Navigate to layouts > Edit single product layout with the page builder and add the product tabs widget, then you will see the tabs: https://ibb.co/QJ1RBkS

Since you’re using Gutenberg and not Elementor, you can still achieve a similar tabbed layout using the WoodMart Single Product Builder for Gutenberg.

Edit your Single Product Layout with Gutenberg.

In the block editor, add the “Product Tabs” block provided by WoodMart.
