We are reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue we encountered while trying to configure a specific product archive layout for the Olaplex brand in our Woodmart WordPress theme.
To provide context, we utilized the “Layout” section within Woodmart to create a new layout named “Product archive shop – Olaplex”. In this layout, we specified a condition: “Include –> product term –> Olaplex”. The intention behind this configuration was to ensure that only when customers filter product displays by the Olaplex brand, a different layout would be showcased. Additionally, we have included specific text related to the Olaplex brand at the bottom of the page, as indicated in the attached screenshot.
However, despite our efforts, this configuration did not yield the desired outcome. The intended result was not achieved, and the layout remains unchanged regardless of whether customers filter products by the Olaplex brand.
We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Could you please guide us on how to create a specific Product Archive layout tailored exclusively for the Olaplex brand within the Woodmart theme? Any insights or instructions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
