creating Categories

hi there,
this is my website “https://aromamarkt.de/” and there are two categories
1) Teesorten
2) Gutschein
I want to add 3 or 4 Categories like Teesorten between these above. Can you please assist me

Then add menu item related to the appropriate product category here: https://prnt.sc/PfOV5SfmnsOi

i have added but it Teesorten Categories is not working any more. When I click on Teesorten or sub categories like “schwarzer-tee/”. Facing “NOT FOUND” PAGE. Here is the website: https://aromamarkt.de/tee-sorten/

Addition to that, I go to menu, i am seeing just categories not PROJECT CATEGORIES LIKE YOURS. See the second screenshot.
