Creation and automatic ordering of the structure of categories and subcategories

    Please tell me if there is a plugin that will automatically create and order categories and subcategories after importing from CSV/XML files.
    As they are structured in the CSV/XML file.
    It’s a lot of work when you have many categories and subcategories.
    From what I have observed, categories and subcategories must be created separately for display on the desktop and separately for phones and tablets. It is possible to make a mistake and put different categories/subcategories on the desk or phones.
    It’s a lot of work.
    Any automation in this sense and compatible with my woodmart theme?
