Creation of dynamic property Wt_Advanced_Order_Number::$plugin_base_name is depr

Unable to edit the footer HTML block via Elementor when using a “Shop Manager” role account.
It shows this error “Creation of dynamic property Wt_Advanced_Order_Number::$plugin_base_name is deprecated”.

The Shop manager cannot edit HTML blocks and there is no option to grant these rights. You will need to find a role manager plugin to rewrite the default rights.
