Hello WoodMart Support Team,
I am opening this ticket because I have identified a critical bug in how the WoodMart theme handles Custom Product Tabs within an Elementor Single Product Layout.
The Problem: I have created a custom Single Product layout using Elementor. I am using the specific WoodMart widgets (and tried standard ones) to display custom tabs (populated via WoodMart’s “Additional Custom Tabs” fields).
For Logged-in Admins: The tabs work perfectly. The content loads and is visible.
For Guest Visitors (Incognito Mode): The tab titles appear, but the content area is empty/collapsed. The JavaScript responsible for rendering/opening the tab content does not trigger.
Troubleshooting ALREADY performed (Please read carefully before suggesting basic steps):
It is NOT a Cache Issue: We have completely DEACTIVATED LiteSpeed Cache and Cloudflare. The issue persists immediately for visitors even with zero caching active.
It is NOT a Plugin Conflict: We have tested with non-essential plugins disabled.
Theme Performance Settings Checked:
We disabled “Optimize JS files” in Theme Settings > Performance.
We forced “Always Load” for critical scripts: elementor-frontend, wc-tabs, tabs, and woodmart-theme.
We verified that Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs layout is set to “Tabs” (not Accordion).
Widget Testing: We tried using the XTemos Product Tabs widget, the standard WooCommerce Data Tabs widget, and even shortcodes. The behavior is identical: works for Admin, fails for Visitors.
Technical Observation: Since the HTML markup for the tab titles is present but the content container has display: none or zero height for visitors, it indicates that the theme’s JavaScript initialization for these tabs is failing to fire when the user is not logged in. It seems like a logic error in the theme’s core JS that “waits” for an interaction or checks a condition that fails for guest users when using a Custom Elementor Layout.
Please investigate this immediately. Since I have already ruled out Cache and 3rd-party plugins, I need a fix or a custom JS snippet to force the tab initialization for guest users.
My System Info:
Theme Version: [Coloque a versão aqui, ex: 7.6]
WordPress Version: [Coloque a versão aqui]
Elementor Pro Version: [Coloque a versão aqui]
Waiting for a technical solution.
Regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for contacting us.
I have just tested your website both as logged in and logged out, and it seems to work without any problems. Here is a video from the incognito window https://gyazo.com/fca11e27a8d5801fd0090b25eda3f7a6
Could you please clarify how to reproduce the issue?Kind Regards
