Critical CSS

Hi,
I´m doing Critical CSS and have got this problem:
While loading a site I get a white blank 71px gap at the the top of the page for a few seconds, which is:

.whb-header .whb-sticky-shadow .whb-scroll-stick .whb-sticky-real .whb-sticky-prepared padding-top: 71px – which is overall height of both menus.

Is there anyway how to avoid that blank gap?
