Critical Error After Demo Import

Hello XTemos Support Team,

I’m experiencing a critical error after trying to import a WoodMart demo.

Here are my details:

• Website: https://wepaint-store.co.il/
• WordPress version: 6.8.3
• Active theme: WoodMart Child (version 1.0.0)
• Parent theme: WoodMart (latest version from ThemeForest)
• PHP version: 8.1 (was 7.4.33 before update)
• Hosting providers tested: Hostinger and JetServer (same issue on both)

Error message during import:
“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

After import, when I try to create or open a page with Elementor, I get:
“There has been a critical error on this website.”

WordPress also sent this automated message:
“WordPress caught an error with your theme, WoodMart.”

What I already tried:
– Increased PHP limits (execution time = 360s, memory = 1536M, upload/post size = 1536M)
– Updated PHP version to 8.1
– Disabled all plugins except WoodMart Core and Elementor
– Tried the import on two different hosting providers
– Reinstalled the theme manually

Could you please check if this is a known issue with the latest version of WoodMart and provide me with a solution or the correct demo import files?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

the problem fixed by install the theme with not the last update!,, i install an old version from the woodmart theme and it works good,,

i think you have problem with the new updated version of the theme so you need to fix,,

u afraid now to update this old version to the new version, so please update me what we can do now
