Critical Error on this Website

Hi there,

I had a developer create my website last week. I’m using the Woodmart Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme (Version 7.0.1), PHP 7.4, WordPress 6.0.2 and Ecwid Ecommerce Shopping Cart Version 6.10.28.

I’d like to know if Ecwid is compatible with this theme because today my site is down with the Error “there has been a critical error on this website”

With the help of WP Support, we deactivated each Plug-in one by one, and then reactivated, checked the Website each time to see if the website would load.

I then contacted Ecwid support and they checked and said “the whole website reverts the ‘critical error on this website’ message. So the loading issue most likely is not related to the Ecwid plugin.”

Please contact the plugin support and let them check. If they have any suggestions, provide us our developers would check if it is possible to fix.
