Hey, everybody. I’m facing a problem. Everything was fine, I created layouts for product pages, then I created the next one, and suddenly I couldn’t edit it through the elementor – I have a message appearing that says that there is a critical error on the website. I tried to disable all plugins and see which ones conflict with each other. I turned them all off, then activated all of them one by one – it didn’t work. When I turn off one of essential plugins (either Woodmart core or Elementor), everything works fine, I can access administrative menus, but I can’t work without both of them. I also tried fully reinstalling both of these plugins and it didn’t work again. Please help, my deadlines are so close ๐Ÿ™

What do you need from me in order to fix the issue and so you can reach the website? Cause everything works fine from my side and I don’t have any issues with reaching the website itself. Maybe you need the access to website of a hosting provider so you can log in via http://www.aluterassenwelt24.de/wp-admin ?

Sir, I have seen this screenshot. I realize that you can’t view it. What I’m asking, is what you need to be able to view it? How to resolve the issue that you have on the screenshot? Because I don’t experience any problems with reaching it right now, nor does my colleague.

I have tried redoing DNS server settings on my hosting’s provider website. I don’t get this error, so I don’t know what is the issue from my side.

Your website is not accessible from all locations. You can check this using this tool for example https://check-host.net/check-ping?host=https%3A%2F%2Faluterassenwelt24.de%2F&csrf_token=276e0d47e47136d2c6af659d88b188321e3d6422&lang=en

Either you provided a wrong URL or your server is not configured correctly.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Currently, we can’t enter your dashboard because of the following PHP error https://gyazo.com/6d68d541ede1eaa77e3b09d253dedaa4
But this error is not related to our theme. As we can see, you are trying to define a PHP constant somewhere while it is defined in your wp-config.php file.

    Kind Regards
